Ali Hazelwood is the author of the modern romance book "The Love Hypothesis". The book follows the story of Olive Smith, a Ph.D. student who is determined to prove her scientific theory about love but finds herself in need of a fake boyfriend to convince her academic peers.
When she asks her lab partner, Adam, to pretend to be her boyfriend, he agrees on one condition - that she helps him pass his class in return. As Olive and Adam navigate their fake relationship, they start to develop genuine feelings for each other but struggle to reconcile their academic pursuits and personal desires.
The book is a charming and humorous take on the classic fake dating trope, with well-developed characters and witty dialogue. It also touches on themes of self-discovery, vulnerability, and the complexities of modern relationships.
"The Love Hypothesis" is a heartwarming and uplifting read that will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy inside. It is a perfect choice for fans of romantic comedies and anyone looking for a light-hearted, feel-good story.

Ali Hazelwood is a multi-published author—alas, of peer-reviewed articles about brain science, in which no one makes out and the ever after is not always happy. Originally from Italy, she lived in Germany and Japan before moving to the U.S. to pursue a Ph.D. in neuroscience. She recently became a professor, which absolutely terrifies her. When Ali is not at work, she can be found running, crocheting, eating cake pops, or watching sci-fi movies with her two feline overlords (and her slightly-less-feline husband).
